I have been successfully selling Real Estate for 35 years and still love what I do! I have a General Studies degree from the University of Idaho with an emphasis in Real Estate. Some of my biggest strengths are that I am considered personable and patient.

Outside of the office, I try to play almost any and every sport that I can! I also enjoy snowboarding, hiking, camping, and watching movies.

I am Kathy’s son-in-law and have been a part of her family for 31 years. I’ve had my real estate license for four years and work with Kathy’s Team on a part-time basis. I am also a full-time commercial pilot with a local commuter airline. I enjoy real estate sales because it gives me an opportunity to help my friends, neighbors, and co-workers meet their real estate needs with the best professional guidance offered by the Kathy J. Fernandez Team.

Outside of selling real estate or flying, I enjoy riding my Harley Davidson, driving my motor home to hot fishing spots, and helping Kathy’s daughter compete in skijoring and dog mushing events.

I have been a part of Kathy’s energetic Team for about 5 years! I am usually “behind the scene” implementing the marketing plan for our Seller clients. During the day, I am a fourth grade teacher and perform my ‘Marketing Specialist’ duties in the evening. I have degrees in Journalism and Education with emphases in Psychology and History from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Outside of the office, I thoroughly enjoy the many outdoor activities that Alaska has to offer. I camp, fly fish, snowboard, and I also really enjoy traveling!
